My latest projects...up in my shop...hoping to get barbie stuff done next weekend. I kept complaining to Paul about the lack of variety of plastic bugs. Then I realized that he probably cares less about plastic bugs than he does about barbie shoes.

So last night Pauls band played in SF. I love Pier 23 because the band plays outside and I can smoke. It was a private party so I managed to talk my mom into going so I didn't have to sit there by myself like a total loser.

The band was great as usual and the crowd totally loved them. Paul and I were both totally sick, I don't know how he managed to play for almost 4 hours. He didn't jump around as much, poor thing. My mom is the hugest fan of the band...I wrote the words down to "Major Tom" so she could sing along to the chorus. We drank a bottle of champagne and hid in the corner laughing at really drunk people.

In exchange I got make her a Custom Carrie My Pretty Zombie Doll!

The communication between us was fabulous! We started talking about the trade in Oct and wrote back and forth until Dec when we were finished. I had so much fun plotting out her zombie and discussing all the tiny details!

We live in the same state so we both got our packages fairly quickly. And talk about great packaging from AgonysDecay! I needed the soaps for my co-workers xmas gift bags and they all came individually packaged.

Not only do I love my cameo and soaps, but I loved making Carrie! I was very happy with how she turned out even though I spent weeks yelling at her "why won't you dry already!" Plus I met a super sweet lady! I think this was a pretty fair and amazing trade.

Hot Dogs

So I was too lazy last night to go out to my car in the freezing cold to get the dog food. Paul suggested that I give the dogs hot dogs for dinner. (he doesn't like the Nathans ones anyway.) Not sure if it was such a good idea. Sammy seemed to enjoy it. Oni ran and hid in the closet with hers as soon as she saw I had the camera out.(sigh)
