Somebody dropped a dime

I'm often asked about the weirdest thing I've seen in pee. This is the weirdest in awhile. The evil sister that found it said " I didn't know we got tips!"

My first reaction : I hope someone didn't pass that.
My second reaction : I hope they don't need to make a phone call.
And no, this will not eliminate drugs from your pee. It will just make people laugh at you.
